Linear Opto-Couplers
Clare OptoMOS linear opto-couplers and isolation amplifiers feature an infrared LED with two phototransistors. One phototransistor provides a servo mechanism for the LED drive current to compensate for time and temperature non-linearities of the LED. The other phototransistor provides an output signal that is linear with respect to the input servo.
Linear Isolation Amplifiers
OptoMOS linear isolation amplifiers integrate a linear optocoupler with two independent LF356 operational amplifiers in a single 16-pin package. The amplifiers can couple AC and DC signals in either uni-polar or bi-polar modes, while providing 3750 VRMS input to output isolation. These amplifiers offer exceptional stability and linearity through the use of a servo loop to compensate for time and temperature non-linearities of the LED.
